The role of a junior project engineer at SUEZ consists of carrying out technical studies or projects (both at the design stage and the actual implementation) and intervening in the following fields: urban and river water systems, hydrogeology, the environment, civil engineering, hydraulic, maritime and port infrastructures, urban development, roads and networks, waste management, telecommunications (optical fibre).
Assignment
Main activities
- PRODUCTION ACTIVITIES: Performs studies according to the methodology defined when reviewing the contract, ensure the diffusion of useful information to all those involved in the project, prepare all necessary documentation required in the implementation of the contract.
- SALES ACTIVITIES: Drafts tender offers, participates in and chairs meetings with customers and the people involved in the project, helps to manage the financial aspects of the project

- Contributes to four to five projects in parallel, worth about €70K

Customers (local authorities and industry), management of subcontractors and partners
Profile
Required experience
Baccalaureate plus 5 years higher education, with training in general engineering or specializing in one of our fields of activity (hydraulics, civil engineering, urban development, transport, waste, telecommunications, etc.)
Prior work experience in the domain in question
- Perfect command of the regulatory aspects and technical standards
