Human resources manager
The role of a Human resources manager at SUEZ consists of managing the entire human resources department within their scope and in line with the general strategy of the company. Advises management in the application of human resources policy and supervises its implementation.

- Executes and optimizes the daily administrative tasks of the department: employment contracts, pay, payroll management, employee benefits, mandatory declarations, relations with social security organisations (URSSAF, labour inspectorate, etc.)
- Draws up and updates human resources scorecards, applying the methods and tools in place
- Reports on human resources within their scope of responsibility
Social dialogue
- Co-manages labor relations in accordance with HR policy
- Prepares and participates in meetings with the works council, personnel representatives, the health and safety committee and in labour negotiations
- Guarantees that legislation and internal regulations are applied
- Advises and assists operations with regard to employment legislation
- Manages disciplinary procedures and disputes
Management – HR development
- Anticipates and manages the recruitment of employees in their scope, making sure that the resources meet the needs
- Helps to analyse training needs and to propose, formulate and execute training plans, thus helping to develop the skills of the employees under their responsibility
- Contributes to the deployment of labor policies (CSR, disabled people, senior employees, etc.)
- Supports managers in their management roles and in the implementation of new organisations

Profile
Required experience
Baccalaureate, plus 4/5 years university education in human resources, at a business school or equivalent
At least 5 years in human resources
Strong command of labor legislation and HR development (recruitment, training, career management, etc.)
