Director of a regional center
The position of a Director of a regional center at SUEZ consists of managing a regional center within the framework defined by company management.
Assignment
Main activities
- Defines the strategic orientation of the regional center (commercial, investments, organization) and implements the policy of water in France
- Manages commercial development and adds to the growth of results of the center both with regard to sales with existing customers as well as developing new business opportunities
- Manages the regional center with the aim of improving its performance
- Builds social cohesion by establishing good social relations, chairing the works council, meeting personnel representatives and the committee for health, safety and working conditions
- Validates communication operations

- Staff: between 150 and 350 people of which 10 to 15 managers
- Clientele: 80% local authorities and 20% industry
- Turnover between €25 and €95Million
External corporate relations
Politicians and the technical departments of local, institutional and administrative authorities, the media
Profile
Required experience
Baccalaureate, plus 5 years studying engineering or at business school
At least 10 years of experience.
Knowledge of business unit management and familiarity with selling to local authorities
