Construction supervisor
The role of a Construction supervisor at SUEZ consists of overseeing the proper execution of works on the plant site (civil engineering, assembly, electricity and command control) until the work is completed.
Assignment
Main activities
- Responsible for the construction work on site in terms of deadlines and quality
- Represents the business engineer to the customer, for whom he/she is the first point of contact, specifically for everything concerning the execution of the works, obtaining certificates and reports and negotiating amendments
- Ensures that the schedule is adhered to and reports on the progress of works to the business engineer and on deviations which could lead to legal action or complaints
- Ensures that there is a good working atmosphere on site and that the health and safety regulations are respected
- Participates in the validation of the technical selection of equipment retained after consultation
- Maintains contact with the person in charge of commissioning and provides all site information required to start up the plant

Is the first point of contact with the other contractual partners (contracting authority, architect, government and organisations) as well as subcontractors and co-contractors
Profile
Required experience
Baccalaureate, plus 5 years training in civil engineering, or Baccalaureate plus 2 years of higher education and at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry
Experience in construction works, preferably of water or waste treatment type process units
