Administrative and financial manager
The role of an Administrative and financial manager at SUEZ consists of achieving efficiency in the short, medium and long term of all financial activities of the company, including accounting, budgetary control, cash flow, credit and collection, management information systems, financing, banking operations, investments, risk management, taxation and audits.
Assignment
Main activities
Control and administration:
- Defines financial policy, monitors its implementation, interprets divergences and reports to company management
- Advises company management on short-term forecasts and formulates proposals on the medium-term strategy
- Supervises accounting and the establishment of company and consolidated accounts
- Manages cash flow (outstanding accounts, debits, financing), investments and relations with banks
- Supervises monitoring of management control: planning, budget, reporting
- Implements performance indicators and advises operational managers
Administration:
- Defines and improves administrative and accounts control management procedures
- Ensures administrative management of insurance and litigation
Other activities:
- Performs required financial and economic studies on industrial investment or on financial engineering (mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, etc.)
- Prepares data for the board of directors, produces reports
- Supervises management of capital and equity financing operations

Profile
Required experience
Baccalaureate, plus 4 to 5 years studying accounting and financial controls
Experience of major accounts, defining and monitoring budgets
International accounting standards, financial communications
